Fruan Fra Havet is a panorama photograph of a woman walking into the sea. The photograph was inspired by the Norwegian writer Henrik Ibsens' play Lady from the Sea (Fruan Fra Havet,1888). The play is about a woman who is in search of her own identity, regardless of the men she is with. She is longing for freedom and her idea of freedom is the sea.
